Please have a go at completing the assessments and you can leave scores and comments on Seesaw. I can then provide feedback and things to work on for next year.

VRSSP Daily Challenge

Every weekday morning at 9.30am Pie Corbett (Talk for Writing) presents on RadioBlogging.net This is a free internet literacy radio show aimed at KS2 that includes language games and creative writing. The programmes are interactive – the children write during the programme and afterwards. All of the shows that have been broadcast are available to listen back.

 Watch this lesson from National Oak Academy and try and create your own Optical Illusion artwork.

Watch an assembly on National Oak Academy. These cover issues like wellbeing, kindness and hope. 

Complete the Purple Mash to dos. There are some mountain activities on here this week. 

Have a look on the BBC Bitesize website. Click on the link and it will take you to a page full of different subjects. Click on a subject that you really enjoy and see what you can learn about. There are videos, information and games under all of the categories.

Geography: Hills and Mountains

This week we are thinking about the dangers and hazards when climbing a mountain.

Look at this website.

I would like you to produce a leaflet/guide for people who are going mountain climbing.
You should include all the dangers which they need to be aware of. Think about non-fiction information books you have read and their key features. Can you include any in your guide?
